10: The simple slip-up
Apparently celebrities aren’t as infallible as we all presume. They walk, talk and even approach stranger’s cars in mistaken identity of their own, just like us.
This exact embarrassing experience happened to Jennifer Garner as she picked up her daughter, Violet, from school on May 1st. She approached a minivan that looked much like her own and attempted to enter, but quickly realized it was not her car. Oops!

9: The denial heard round the World
“Hey aren’t you the guy who tried to fist-bump Chandler Parson?”
Caught on video, a fan tried to fist-bump Parson, Houston Rockets shooting-forward, after game 5 when he had scored 27 points, and got publicly denied.
Parson made a public apology on twitter saying, “S/O to my man I left hanging with the fist bump. Just now seeing this, I‘ll get you next time at game 6!!”
8: Worst Mug Shot
Andy Dick, comedian, was arrested for exposing a teenage girl’s chest in 2008 and more recently, groping two victims genital areas outside a comedy club in 2010. Does Dick’s mug shot look like a man clearly arrested for his perverted ways? You decide.

7: I’m glad that wasn’t my mom…
An Indiana mother said she was humiliated on an American Airlines flight when she tried to pump her breast milk and the flight attendant forbade her from plugging it in on April 18th. The mother was reported by NY Daily News to be traveling and pumping for her 1-year-old son.

6: Torn at the Seams
Have you ever been out in public when something extremely embarrassing happened? A trip down the stairs, a mistaken identity or a wardrobe malfunction?
Kim Kardashian had just that experience when her black leather dress split open along the back zipper. This LBD might have had too much little and not enough black dress for her outing.

5: “I have a tall peppermint mocha for Vagina.”
A Starbucks worker in Hong Kong wrote a woman’s name incorrectly on the cup. The spelling she was attempting was Virginia, but what ended up written on the cup was “Vagina.”

4: The Epic Demise
Every college and university has one or two sports that tends to embarrass their school’s athletic reputation with their yearly win-loss record. Trust me, it could be worse.
The biggest college football loss was reported to be by the Cumberland College Bulldogs against the Georgia Tech Buzz in 1916. The gripping game had a halftime score of 126-0, Georgia Tech. The final score was 222-0 leaving the Bulldogs scoreless and forever memorable in collegiate sports.

3: Have a nice trip?
The Turkmenistan president, Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov, took first in the a horse race on April 30th, but ended up taking the final fall.
After he crossed the finish line his horse fell face first into the dirt after the exertion of the 1,000 meter course, which they finished in 21.2 seconds. President Berdymukhammedov was briefly knocked unconscious, but was able to move and wave to the crowd after a short period of time.

2: A dirty mind or just a horrible logo?
You open a business. All the paperwork is done, the location is rented out, all the employees are hired and everything in between is finally finished. Now you just need a logo to go over your door and into the paper.
Unfortunately for The Computer Doctors, their logo wasn’t as well thought out as they thought. Those computer doctors are working something for their customers, we’re just not sure what exactly it is.

1: The annual anal exam
For our number one spot, we have the most desperate attempt at sexual gratification. A Chinese man stuck a live, 20-inch-long eel up his anal canal after seeing it done, and appreciated, on a porno. In addition to the extreme pain and public embarrassment he might be facing charges for animal cruelty.
